Many of our rings can be resized within a limited range. Some styles must be ordered in your size at current pricing. Rings ordered from the designer typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the maker.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with the packing slip.
Email sales@clay-pot.com to arrange your return. We’ll send a return authorization number and a complimentary prepaid return label within two business days.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Choose store credit to receive the full price of the returned item without an outbound shipping deduction. Any shipping fees paid with your original order are non-refundable.
Holiday purchases made November 1–December 24: request your return by January 15 or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later. Standard return terms apply.
Personalized, special-ordered, and resized items, including rings that have been sized, cannot be returned or exchanged.
