In-stock orders generally ship on Mondays and Thursdays, excluding holidays.
Orders requiring sizing, personalization, or special ordering take longer.
Orders over $150 ship free via UPS Ground within the continental United States.
Orders over $500 qualify for complimentary UPS 2nd Day Air within the continental United States.
Additional expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Shipping times begin when your package leaves our store, rather than when you place your order.

We ship to many countries. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and carrier fees.
If a package is refused and returned to us, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Special orders include custom, personalized, and designer-ordered pieces that we do not regularly keep in stock.

All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Many rings can be resized within a limited range. Others must be ordered from the designer in your size.
Rings priced $500 or more: complimentary sizing where available.
Rings priced under $500: an additional sizing charge applies.
Please contact us before purchasing to confirm sizing options and timing.
Designer-ordered rings typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the maker.

Resized and special-ordered rings are final sale.

For eligible online purchases, request a return within 30 days of delivery.
We provide a complimentary prepaid return label.
Refunds are issued less outbound shipping costs—including the actual shipping cost for orders that qualified for free shipping.
Choose store credit to receive the full price of the returned item, without an outbound shipping deduction. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, contact us within four hours of placing your order.
If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy and shipping deductions apply.
