Gift cards are delivered to the email address you provide, and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Best steps are to receive the gift card yourself and then copy the code into an email to your recipient with your gift note.

Many of our rings can be resized within a limited range. Some styles must be ordered in your size at current pricing. Rings ordered from the designer typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the maker.
Please contact us before purchasing if you need a different size or aren’t sure of your ring size. To request a sizing kit, email sales@clay-pot.com.
Resized and special-ordered rings are final sale.
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Email sales@clay-pot.com to arrange your return. We’ll send a complimentary prepaid return label within two business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost—even if your order qualified for free shipping. If you choose store credit, we’ll credit the full price of the returned item without deducting shipping costs. Shipping fees paid with your original order are non-refundable.
Holiday purchases made November 1–December 24: request your return by January 15.
