Rings purchased can sized within a small range. Occasionally the ring will have to ordered in the correct size and current pricing will apply. Time line for rings that must be ordered is 4-8 weeks dependent on the individual designer.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns are handled via email. Please email sales@clay-pot.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number has been sent, you will receive a return label within 2 business days.
Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day, pending item availability. Orders placed Friday. Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
