Ordering Information

Orders & Confirmations

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

  • A second email with UPS tracking info will be sent when your item ships.

  • You can always check order status by signing into your account and selecting My Orders.

Shipping

  • Orders placed Thursday–Monday before 2 pm EST ship the same day (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed Tuesday & Wednesday ship on Thursday (our Hudson store is closed those days).

  • Orders over $150 ship free via UPS Ground within the continental US.

  • Expedited options (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select) are available at checkout.

International Orders

  • We ship to many countries; if your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us.

  • Duties, taxes, or admin fees are your responsibility.

  • Refused packages will be returned to us; return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Sales Tax

  • Orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax.

  • Orders shipped to all other US states are tax-free.

  • Shipping costs are never taxed.

Special Orders

  • Includes custom and personalized pieces not regularly in stock.

  • All special orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Ring Sizing

  • Under $500: customer pays for sizing.

  • $500 and over: complimentary sizing.

  • Ring sizings are handled on a case by case basis, we can not size everything.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.

  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll be responsible for any shipping costs.
