Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day, pending item availability. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns are handled via email. Please email sales@clay-pot.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number has been sent, you will receive a return label within 2 business days.
Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging.
Rings purchased can sized within a range. Occasionally the ring will have to ordered in the correct size and current pricing will apply. If you have a question about a specific ring please reach out to us at sales@clay-pot.com
