SHOP CLAY POT INFORMATION
RETURNS If you are unhappy with an item purchased from The Clay Pot it may be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges. If we do not receive the item within 10 days a store credit will be issued. The store credit can be used to purchase items online by contacting the store and speaking with a member of our staff. Returns received after 30 days will be refused. All returns are handled via email. Please fill out the Return Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be emailed an RMA number within 24 hours (except weekends). Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging. The Clay Pot is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly. When we have received the item back we will credit you for the amount of the item minus any shipping charges. If you chose free UPS Ground shipping on your original order the shipping charge to be deducted will be $10 to cover the actual cost of this service. If you chose another shipping option on your original order, please refer to your receipt for the shipping charge to be deducted. If the item was personalized or special ordered it is not returnable or exchangeable.
Items purchased on our website are not eligible for return or exchange in our store, nor does our internet policy necessarily reflect our
store policy.
