This hand-pierced pendant from Yasuko Azuma has the symbol associated with Virgo. It is generally assumed that the symbol originated from the star Spica found in the constellation of Virgo and is indicative of female virginity. The pendant is made of 14k gold and accented with a charm holding a .015ct round diamond. The disc is approx. .25" diameter, on a 14k gold cable chain with a lobster claw closure.
