We work hard to ensure that the quality of everything we sell is up to our exacting standards. However there will be natural variations and subtle differences in the pieces from order to order. SHIPPING All rings are carefully packaged and fully insured through UPS, orders received before 3pm EST will ship the same day. Orders over $50.00 are shipped for free via UPS Ground within the continental US. If you wish to expedite your shipment, you may choose UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select at the time of purchase (prices vary). You may email us to request a tracking number for your package. RETURNS If you are unhappy with a ring purchased from us it may be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges. All returns are handled via email. Please fill out the Return Form to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will be emailed an RMA number within 24 hours (except weekends). The ring must be shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging. The Clay Pot is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please insure and package accordingly. SIZING If you feel you need to resize your ring by 1/4 size, please consider the following: A 1/4 size alteration is actually a very small change and your ring may not feel much different on your finger. To save you the hassle of returning a ring only to find out that it really was ok, we recommend that you wear the ring for at least 48 hours, if not 4-5 days before making a final judgment on whether to have the ring sized. If your wedding band seems to be a little too large or too small, we suggest you wear it for a few days to get used to it before exchanging it for a different size. The Japanese say it takes two weeks for your finger to learn to wear the ring. If your ring fits at the ideal time of day and is easy to put on and a little hard to take off it is the correct fit. Your ring will never fit perfectly in all conditions, but you will get used to the way it feels during all conditions. Your fingers change size about 3 or 4 times in the course of a normal day. So it is highly recommended that you give your ring a test drive to determine if exchange is really necessary. Of course if it is really too big don't wear it out of the house, you might actually lose it. If you do determine that you still need to have the ring sized, then we will be more than happy to help you with that. We only suggest wearing the ring for a few days because it may save you a minor inconvenience.
