This beautifully detailed pendant from Marian Maurer has the symbol associated with Scorpio, the Scorpion, rendered in an intricate relief carving. According to Greek mythology, the Scorpio constellation corresponds to the scorpion which was sent by Gaia to kill the hunter Orion. Scorpio is ruled by Pluto, the planet of tranformation and regeneration. The pendant is made in 18k gold, approx. .5"diameter, on a 16"cable chain. (P555) Handcrafted in Brooklyn.
